Delcam PowerINSPECT - a system for monitoring the accuracy of using the coordinate-measuring machines, measuring manipulators, as well as CNC machines, equipped with a measuring head.


Delcam PowerINSPECT allows you to control a complex free-form surface (showing any deviation of the measured points from the computer model) and the geometric elements of correct form (the presence of the model is not necessary), configure and monitor snap-in, scan the prototypes for the creation of computer models.
The program accepts computer models from any CAD system, you can work with multiple computer models simultaneously.
Versatile tools allow you to quickly bind to the binding of a basic or complex forming surfaces.
The inspection results are displayed in several ways. Colorful confetti illustrate the details of the deviation from the nominal value. In addition, reports are generated in the format of an Excel spreadsheet or HTML, which can be customized to the requirements of the company or the customer.
Delcam PowerINSPECT has several modules designed to work with different types of coordinate measuring machines:
