Greetings from Pacific Mediterranean International Manpower Agency, Inc.!
Pertaining to the number of employees as a whole team, we are 60 employees working in our Main office in Manila assigned to different departments (Recruitment, Processing, Marketing, Legal and Admin.) In addition to that, we have 5 employees assigned to every Branch Offices wherein we have 9 Branch offices all over the Philippines (Cebu City, Davao City, Kidapawan City, Cotabato City, Cagayan de Oro City, Tacloban City, Tacurong City, Pagadian City & Zamboanga City). To sum up the employees in the Philippines, we have a total 105 employees in PMI Philippine Team (compose of 105 Filipino Citizens, 2 Lebanese and 1 Syrian residents).
We also have our PMI Lebanon team wherein 25 Lebanese employees where on the group as well as in PMI Saudi Arabia wherein we have 11 employees compose of Saudi Nationals, Lebanese, Syrian and Filipinos.
We have our important clients which are from the biggest companies in Arabs Gulf countries and Canada that we are maintaining to supply manpower .
Further, as for the training center we have made our feasibility study on making own training center but unfortunately we discover most recruitment agencies failed in controlling and managing their own training center so we come up to a better way of giving the best quality and services to our client by means of a joint venture with biggest training centers in Philippines which we are presently practicing and as an edge with other competitors, we boast that we have the toughest contact in TESDA (Technical Education Skills Development Authority) which is a government institution who train and assessed all Filipino skilled workers and professionals.
