1- Explain why franchising is growing in importance nowadays. Do you think that acquiring a franchise is sufficient alone to run a successful business? Justify your answer by giving real-examples from your own environment. (25 points - 200 words)
2- One of the main reasons for buying a franchise is the assistance and guidance that the franchisor provides to aid the franchisee.
Explain the importance of the support that ls Supermarkets gives to its franchise owners in general, and for Ian Parsons in particular and how it reflects in the success of the business, the expansion of the franchise and the satisfaction of the franchise owners as well. (25 points – 350 words)
