في ايطار دوره الإجتماعي " الدائم " وبدعوة من الجمعية السعودية لإولياء امور , قام نايف هزازي برفقة الفنان راكان والممثل محمد بكر بزيارة للمرضى بأحد المستشفيات الخاصة بجدة , وتأتي الزيارة ضمن اسبوع " مرضى التوحد " .
وقد شكر المرضى وممثلي المستشفي نايف هزازي ومن معه على هذه الزيارة وتمنو تكرارها دوماً , متمنين له كل التوفيق في حياته الكروية والخاصة .
