1) water cups production Machine:-
General deion: - full automatic formed cups by " thermoforming" method using plastic rolls, then filling cups with water, finally closing them.
Production capacity: 6000 cups / h
Machine Specifications:-
(6) meters length & (1.5) meter width. -
- The body and the components are made of high-quality stainless steel.
-Pneumatic system is made in Germany.
- Electrical components made in France.
(PLC) is made in Japan.-
workers required : (3) workers, one as an operator and tow for arranging the cups .-
Templates:- (2) template, one for 250 ml cups and the other for 130 ml.
2)water cups production line:-

Templates:- (2) template, one for 250 ml cups and the other for 130 ml.
The line includes:- Robot machine for arranging the cups inside cartons.

3)Production line to produce and fill bottles (330 ml - 660 ml – 1.5 liter)
General deion:- full automaticProduction line to produce and fill water bottles in several sizes (330 ml - 660 ml – 1.5 liter), paste label stickers finally, packaging the small bottles adding to shrink packaging machine .
Production line capacities:-
There are two capacities of this line:-
full automaticProduction line to produce 6000 bottles / hour1)
2) full automaticProduction line to produce 12,000 bottles / hour
Production line Specifications:-
- (30) meters length and( 5) meters width but can be adjusted To fit in the available space in the factory

Production capacity of this line:- 1500 bottles / hour of 5 liters bottles.

5) Production line of (19) liters of (PET) bottles:-
