غزة: عنوان حرب ضد الإنسانية

في نظر القانون الدولي فإن "إسرائيل" دولة لها كيان و اعتراف دولي، مرتبطة وملتزمة بالقوانين و المواثيق وكذا الأعراف الدولية.
و حسب نفس المفاهيم القانونية الدولية تعتبر "إسرائيل" دولة محتلة ترتكب جرائم حرب وتخرق الاتفاقيات والأعراف الدولية بسبب احتلالها لأرض فلسطين وممارستها القتل والتعذيب والحصار الاقتصادي على شعبها، وآخر ما قامت به من جرائم التي تسجل عليها كجرائم ضد الإنسانية، عدوانها على غزة والذي بدأ في 14 من شهر نوفمبر 2012، وانتهى مساء 20 من نفس الشهر.
ثمانية أيام فقط كانت كافية لهذا المحتل المتغطرس لتحقيق أبشع الجرائم ضد شعب أعزل؛ فإن لم تصدق تابع معنا الإحصائيات التالية:
1 - الشهداء: 174شهيدًا
45 من الأطفال
18 من النسوة
19 مسن
62 رجل مدني
30 رجل مقاوم
2 - الجرحى : 1222 جريحًا
431 من الأطفال
207 من النسوة
88 من المسنين.
801 رجل مدني

وإننا كشعب فلسطيني احتلت أرضه وهجر من منازله والذي يمارس ضده شتى أساليب التمييز العنصري ، شعب يعامله الاحتلال الإسرائيلي كإنسان من الدرجة الثانية فإننا نطالب شعوب العالم الحر لمساعدتنا في رفع الظلم عنا من خلال فضح جرائم الاحتلال، وتقديم قادته للمحاكم الدولية والوطنية ومقاطعة منتجاته.

Aux yeux du droit international, "Israël" est un État reconnu à l’échelle internationale, ayant des obligations et des engagements aux prés des lois, chartes ainsi que les normes internationales
Selon les mêmes concepts juridiques internationaux , «Israël» est un état d’occupation qui persiste à commettre des crimes de guerre et violer les conventions et les normes internationales par son occupation illicite et injustifiée de la Palestine d’une part ; et d’autre part à perpétuer les massacres , la torture et le blocus économique sur le peuple Palestinien ; la dernière d'infractions a été commise dans la période du 14 au 20 Novembre 2012 , enregistrant ainsi de nouveaux crimes contre l'humanité
Seuls huit (08) jours ont suffis pour cet arrogant occupant à atteindre les crimes les plus odieux contre des personnes sans défense, si vous ne le croyez pas, les statistiques suivantes vous convaincront
