شركة الفريق التقني: شركة ليبية خاصة متخصصة، ذات مسؤولية محدودة ، مقرّها طرابلس، ومسجلة بالسجل التجاري والغرفة التجارية.
غرض الشركة : القيام بكافة الأعمال ذات العلاقة بتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات بشتى أنواعها سواء الهاتفية أو شبكة المعلومات الدولية و عبر الأقمار الصناعية.
لها في سبيل تحقيق غرضها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر القيام بالأعمال الآتية :-
1- توظيف جميع أجهزة التقنية وأنظمة الاتصالات والمعلومات في معالجة ونقل وبث وتخزين المعلومة بجميع أشكالها.
2- تقديم الخدمات التسويقية للمصانع والشركات العالمية المتخصصة ومتابعة أعمالها بليبيا
3- القيام بأعمال الاتصالات عن طريق الانترنت وكافة التجهيزات المتعلقة بالاتصالات وتوفير كافة احتياجاتها سواء من الداخل أو الخارج.
4- القيام بتطوير وربط وتجهيز وتركيب نظم وبرمجيات الحاسب الآلي والمنظومات والشبكات بشتى أنواعها.
5- تجميع وصيانة وتركيب الأجهزة الالكترونية والكهربائية وأجهزة الحاسوب والانذار.
6- تنفيذ هذه الأعمال مباشرة أو بمشاركة جهات وطنية أو عن طريق شريك أو مستثمر أجنبي.
7- جميع أعمال التوكيلات التجارية ذات العلاقة بنشاط الشركة.

The Technical Team Company, (TT): is a Libyan private , limited liability company, d in Tripoli, and registered the trade register and the Chamber of Commerce.
Purpose of the company: Doing all works related to information technology and communications of all kinds, whether telephone or international information network and via satellite.
In order to achieve the purpose of doing business the company has the right to do (for example but not limited to),the following:
1. Employment of all communications and information systems equipments in the processing, transportation, transmission, storage of information in all its forms.
2. Provide marketing services for factories and specialized international companies and follow-up their business works in Libya
3. Do the communication works by internet and all equipment related to communication and provide all their needs, whether at home or abroad.
4. To develop , connect , supply and installation of computer systems and software and networks of all kinds.
5. Assembling maintenance and installation of electronic and electrical appliances, computers , alarm equipments.
6. To carry out that work directly or with the participation of national entities and or by a partner or a foreign investor.
7. All acts of commercial agencies related to the company's activities.
