Note:
I create Sam3_Launcher.exe to delete STEAMSTART extention. This STEAMSTART extension is created when you run sam3.exe and is leave there, so every time when you run sam3.exe will generate another file STEAMSTART. sam3_Launcher.exe will delete this unnecessary files when you exit the game.

- Skin Dialog Created.
- Shortcut To Desktop/StartMenu.
