نجوّف الكوسا وتكــون مفتوحه من الجهتين

المكرونه نكسرها من النصف ونعمل لها تتبيله عشان تعطي الحشوه طعم
(بصل مفروم ناعم +م ك بهارات +زعتر+ملح +صلصة بندوره ملعقه )

نحشي الكوسا بالمكرونه بس بشرط مانملاها عشان الاستواء ويتغير حجمها مع الطبخ

بالخلاط (بندوره + البصل + مكعب الماجي +ملعقة البهار +ورق الزعتر+كوب ماء اوالمناسب لطبخه )
