The Usage of Some Kinds of feedback by The Long and Short Experienced Teachers and its Effect Retaining the Learning of Some Skills of The Volleyball

The thesis includes five chapters, which are as follows:

Chapter One:
Research presentation:

The prelude of the research and its important:
In this chapter we have dealt with the important of the optimal scientific usage of the feedback by the long and short experienced teachers of the physical education in learning some skills of the volleyball and keeping this learning by the pupils of the intermediate school through administering the note order for following the teacher’s conduct in consistence with the usage of the feedback.

The thesis problem:
It lies in two aspects; the first in the extent of the teacher’s experience and its role in using the feedback. The second is around the newly acquired information by the short – experienced teachers. This research handles the importance of these two directions and determining which the best is.

The goal of research:
The research aims to:
1- Gain access to knowledge about the usages of the feedback by the long and short – experienced teachers.
2- Recognize the levels of keeping the learning by the pupil’s groups on the hands of the long and short – experienced teachers as regards of some basic skills in the volleyball.

The hypothesis of the research:
1- There are hypothesis of statistic indication in the usage of the feedback among the long and short – experienced teachers.
2- There is a relation of a statistic indication among the group of the public that are related to the long and short – experienced teachers in the matter of keeping the learning of some skills of the voleyball.

The aspects of research:
1- The human aspect: 40 pupils from the first year in the intermediate school and the teachers of the physical education in Barada intermediate school for boys.
2- The timing aspect: From 1/5/2004 until 15/6/2004.
3- Place aspect: Volleyball stadium in the Abovementioned School.

Chapter Two:
The theoretical and similar studies:
This chapter includes several researches, which are; the feedback and its concept, importance and kinds – the experience and its effects – the learning – the motive learning – keeping the learning concerning its concept and the tests related to it – the basic skills in the volleyball – the note systems concerning its concept and kinds of note. This chapter involves a number of the similar studies and their discussion.

Chapter Three:
The curriculum of the research and its field procedures:
This chapter includes the curriculum of the research. The researcher has adopted the descriptive curriculum, the sample of the research that is 40 pupils, the used devises tools, appliances, the division of sample of research, the scouting experiment, the steps of the research execution, the operation of the forward and backward photography, the retention, the two lectured around the note system and the statistic treatments.

Chapter Four:
This chapter includes a presentation and analysis to the findings of the research after executing the statistic processes, and then the discussion of the finding through which we could achieve the hypothesis of the research and its aims.

Chapter Five
This chapter involved the conclusions, to which the researcher has reached, among them:
1- The degree of learning and the degree of keeping the earning by the pupils of the long – experienced teachers are higher than that of the pupils taught by the short – experienced teachers.
2- The long – experienced teacher has proven excellence in the number of repeating the usage of different kinds of feedback according to the classification of (holding). The researcher has presented many recommendations, among them:

A- Distributing the teachers who work in the intermediate and secondary school in accordance with a certain pattern that suits the work of the long – experienced teacher with that of the short – experienced teacher.
B- Employing the teachers in the schools according to the tests of keeping the learning, to make sure of the concentration of the learning acquisition of the basic skills.
