(الخميس)أسعد يحضر المران والفريق يغادر مكة

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

تواجد عضو شرف نادي الاتحاد الفريق أسعد عبدالكريم في مران الفريق الكروي الأول مساء اليوم وذلك للوقوف على استعدادات الفريق لمواجهة النهضة يوم السبت المقبل ضمن منافسات بطولة كأس الملك
وقد أجرى الفريق مرانه الاخير تحت اشراف المدرب الوطني خالد القروني وبمتابعة ادارية بحضور رئيس مجلس الادارة إبراهيم البلوي، وتركز المران المسائي على الجانب التكتيكي عكس المران الصباحي والذي تركز على الجانب اللياقي
حيث قام اللاعبون في بداية المران باجراء بعض التمارين اللياقية الخفيفة وتمارينن تفكيك العضلات، ثم قام القروني باجراء مناورة تكتيكية على مساحة منتصف الملعب لتطبيق بعض الجمل التكتيكية، ثم قام القروني باجراء تمرين تكتيكي اخر على كيفية استغلال الكرات العرضية بالنسبة للمهاجمين ولاعبو الوسط اما المدافعين فقد تدربو على كيفية التمركز وتخليص الكرات الطولية التي تلعب خلف المدافعين.
فيما شهد المران ايضا مشاركة الحارس فواز القرني والذي ابدى جاهزية عالية من خلال مشاركته في التمارين الجماعية وخصوصا في المناورة
من جانبه غادرت بعثة الفريق إلى مكة المكرمة لإقامة معسكر قصير قبل مواجهة فريق النهضة يوم السبت المقبل في دور الستة عشر من مسابقة كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين للابطال،
وسوف يحصل اللاعبين الدوليين على راحة الليلة على أن يتواجدوا ظهر يوم غد في مقر المعسكر مكة المكرمة
