(الثلاثاء)الاتحاد يتدرب…والرهيب يصاب+صور التمارين

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

واصل الفريق الاول بنادي الاتحاد تحضيراته للقاء القادم من المنطقة الشررقية نادي النهضة يوم الجمعة المقبل تحت اشراف المدرب فريزيري وبمتابعة ادارية كبيرة. شهدت حضور رئيس النادي ابراهيم البلوي والذي اعلن قبل انطلاق المران تسليم راتب ومكافأة الفوز على الاتفاق فور انتهاء التمرين وشهدت كذلك حضور نائب الرئيس عادل جمجوم وايهاب ابوشوشة ومنصور اليامي. بداية التمرين كانت بإجتماع بين المدرب واللاعبين حيث شرح فيه فريزيري برنامج المران ثم بدأ التمرين بتدريبات لياقية وبدنية اشتملت على اللف حول ارضية الملعب وتمارين تقوية عضلات البطن وتقوية مفاصل القدم، ثم قام المدرب باجراء مناوريتن تكتيكيتين في مساحات ضيقة بهدف التركيز على التحرك الصحيح ودقة التمريرات القصيرة ثم قام المدرب بتوسيع نطاق المناورة وقسم اللاعبين الى اساسي ورديف حيث شهدت المناورة حماسا منقطع النظير من جميع اللاعبين وشهدت المناورة ايضا اصابة راشد الرهيب في مفصل القدم. وفي سياق اخر قام واصل كل من طلال العبسي ومعن الخضري برنامجهما التأهيلي تحت اشراف الجهاز اللياقي.
